Fall break is here, but our commitment to growth doesn't take a vacation. This time off offers our team a critical window to step away from the pressure of match play and lock into the weight room. During this time the team can fully dedicate themselves to the strength and conditioning work that builds championship habits. We are using these days to fix the physical imbalances that come from thousands of repetitive swings, with a heavy focus on core stability, lateral explosiveness, and shoulder durability. By dedicatedly engaging in resistance training and sprint intervals during our temporary time off, these athletes not only increase their on-court power and footwork speed but also significantly lower their risk of injury ahead of the grueling competitive season.
Let's encourage our players to attack their workouts during this break so they return to the courts faster, stronger, and completely healthy for the intense spring season ahead.
